Video Screening Form

Use the Video Screening Form to book library-owned videos and laserdiscs for classroom viewing. At least three days notice is required to book video material.

All videos must be picked up from the Reserve Office (located off the hallway behind the Reserve Room), open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm, and returned to the Reserve Room.
