Faculty and Librarians (full or part time) of colleges within the SNYLRC area (counties of Dutchess, Columbia, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan and Ulster). |
| Cooperating teachers and field work supervisors upon recommendation of the Education Department Chair or the Field Work Director. Forms are mailed directly to the Circulation department. |
Full time teachers, principals, supervisors, and school librarians, who live within 25 miles of the college and work in one of the following school districts: Arlington, Hyde Park, Millbrook, Oakwood, Pawling, Poughkeepsie, Rhinebeck, Spackenkill, Wappingers, Dutchess County BOCES. |
| Scholars who live and work within 25 miles of the college. Those who are attached to another institution do not qualify unless they have completed coursework and are writing a thesis/dissertation. |
