The library has several teaching spaces which may be reserved by members of the Vassar Community for library instruction sessions and for classes and other activities which are not library related.  Visit classrooms and other teaching teaching facilities for more information.

If you are looking to hold an event or table in the library lobby, Class of 1951 Reading Room, or other space, please contact the Library Administration Office at 845-437-5785 or email libfacil@vassar.edu. 

Requests for our classrooms and seminar rooms can be made through Virtual EMS.

The Library is not an approved space for weddings, wedding receptions, or wedding photos.
