To access items which have been placed in the Course Reserve by your Professor:

• Using the online catalog and the items title find it's location of either, Main Reserve, Art Reserve, Reserve DVD/VHS or Music Reserve.
• Alternatively, you can look up the course or the professor's name in the online catalog which will list all items on reserve for that course.

Items with a location of Main Reserve or Reserve DVD/VHS are located at the the Main Circulation Desk:

• Bring with you the call number and title of the book/film you found in the online catalog. The Library Staff or Student Staff member will retrieve the item and check it out to you. 

Items with a location of Art Reserve are located on the top floor of the Art Library:

• To access items with a location of Art Reserve, please go to the tables in the Art Library. Use the chart posted in the art library to find the room that corresponds to the class for which the book is on reserves. 
• If you wish to check out items from the Art Reserve simply take the item to the Art Circulation desk when in operation or the Main Library Circulation desk during any hours the Library is open. 

Items with a location of Music Reserve are located at the Music Library Circulation Desk on the first floor of Skinner Hall of Music:

Main and Art Course Reserve loan periods:

All items within the reserve collection are on limited loan periods (4-hour, 3-day, or 2-week) have been set by the faculty member teaching the course.  Library staff cannot change them. 

Be sure you note the due date and time for the items you check out.

All DVD's are located in the DVD cabinets in the periodicals section on the second floor of the Thompson (Main) Library outside the Class of '51 reading room on the second floor. 

Go to the Main Library Circulation Desk to check out the following:

1. Laptops
2. Ethernet cables
3. Power cords
4. Headsets
5. Remotes for the video players in the After Hours Study Space (paged)

You must sign a Laptop Loan Agreement form before checking out a Chromebook.

• LAPTOP LOAN AGREEMENT: When you sign the form you agree to the follow:
  If the laptop or any of its parts (including the power cord, battery, etc.) are damaged or lost, you will be responsible for all repair and/or replacement costs in addition to an associated processing fee. The laptop and associated parts must be returned to the Circulation-Service desk ½ hour before closing time. There are NO overnight loans.  

Be sure you know the due date and time for the computer equipment. Fines will be levied for overdue computer equipment.
