Streaming video databases

In addition to individual film titles that you'll find in Library Search, try the following collections to identify relevant streaming documentaries or other non-feature films.

Ethnographic Video Online: VIDEO DATABASE
The largest, most comprehensive resource for the study of human culture and behavior – more than 750 hours and 1,000 films at completion. The collection covers every region of the world and features the work of many of the most influential documentary filmmakers of the 20th century, including interviews, previously unreleased raw footage, field notes, study guides, and more. Includes music and dance.
Socialism on Film
Collection of films from the communist world reveals war, history, current affairs, culture and society as seen through the socialist lens. It spans most of the twentieth century and covers countries such as the USSR, Vietnam, China, Korea, much of Eastern Europe, the GDR, Britain and Cuba.
