The American Red Cross in Puerto Rico is specifically asking for building data to address their most urgent relief operations. Vassar Libraries is joining nationwide efforts to cover the entire country as quickly as possible with pre-hurricane building data so that local relief workers have a picture of the island's infrastructure before Hurricane Maria's impact.
