What Can Be Borrowed?

  • Books and scores absent from our collection, or materials present in our collection that are checked out or missing.
    • If an item is "available" in the online catalog but is not on the shelf, you may not request it.  Fill out a NOT ON SHELF form and a staff member will attempt to locate the item. If the item is found, it will be put on the hold shelf for you at the Main Library Circulation Desk.  If the item is not found, it will be declared missing and you may then place an ILL request.
