The Music Library loans keys for the Department of Music practice rooms and studios. Permission is granted by faculty of the Department of Music for the current semester ONLY. 

A Key Permission Request form must be signed by a member of the Department of Music faculty in order to gain key permission for the current semester. Printed forms may also be picked up at the Music Library Circulation Desk. 

An online request must be sent from a faculty member’s email address and then confirmed by the faculty member.
